They have an extensive product range which includes bread mixes, margarines, fruit fillings, bake-off products, muffins and donuts.
Quality Environment Safety & Health Manager : de functie
Your are responsible for:
Fully functional Quality management including all Supply Chain and Customer related Quality processes.
Implementation, maintenance and control of Food Safety Systems (BRC, IFS HACCP, cGMP and hygiene standards.
Management of customer/certification audits
Self Assessment and compliance; self-audit systems and execution
Management (Local Part) of customers complaints handling process
Coordination of root cause analysis of problems and corrective actions programs.
Analytical/ testing and procedures/methods and execution.
Management of non-conformities/out of specification
Participation and/or lead in Local Crisis Management as defined
KPI Reporting locally and for consolidated reporting to CQM
Local RA affairs/ law and authorities. Monitoring and compliance.
Support and training for Factory staff in Quality, Hygiene, Food Safety and SHE areas and implementation of related programs.
Suppliers audits, approval and evaluation in line with BSEU procedure
Service to customers on quality aspects – Documentation, information, complaints handling.
Management of the factory Quality teams
Local specification management (as CQM defined)
Management of SHE role and through this role ensuring implementation of BSEu frameworks and systems and that all SHE legislation and regulations are adhered too and enforced
Through the SHE role/function to ensure full compliance and monitoring of all SHE systems, policies and procedures

You have extensive knowledge in quality management systems and customer requirements
You have Food Safety systems (BRC,HACCP), cGMP knowledge
You have a working level knowledge in food legislation
You are experienced in Team management and project management
You have strong analytical chemistry skills/experience
You have cross functional management capabilities and you are a team player
You are convincing
You have a good English level and communication skills
You have a bachelor or master degree in food- or life sciences
You have 5-10 yrs experience in QA/QC (area in food or related)
You have a working knowledge on health & safety requirements
You have comprehensive experience of working in a health & safety role within Food Manufacturing or pharmaceutical manufacturing
