Nouvall Engineering Services is specialized in project support for the (petro) chemical and maritime industry.
We provide expertise in the field of Engineering, Project Management, Maintenance, Shutdowns, Construction and Safety.

Functie omschrijving

• Provides technical support in the delivery of project overhaul campaigns or resolution of key equipment integrity and operational issues.
• Supports the discipline in the maintenance of the Instrument Equipment performance standards, their upkeep and compliance and supports the continual improvement of Maintenance & Integrity reporting functions including Status Reports & associated KPI’s.
• Plans and manage overhaul and upgrade campaigns where directed and attend repair facilities for interface and witness activities as appropriate.
• Manages 3rd party Instrument equipment support contracts.
• Carries out maintenance and spares reviews where required.
• Provides technical support to loss investigations, root cause investigations and action follow up activities where directed.
• Maintains the lifecycle technical integrity of the offshore installations by ensuring appropriate maintenance and integrity strategies, engineering standards, procedures and guidance documents are adhered to in all activities.
• Assesses performance and condition monitoring results, ensuring appropriate follow up.
• Supports in the assessment of anomalies, deviations from standard and maintenance deferrals, developing risk mitigations and producing technical reports where appropriate.
• Ensures all temporary or permanent modifications are technically assessed, meet appropriate standards and correctly endorsed.
• Attends factory acceptance tests as required.
• Assesses deviations from standard, material degradation reports and maintenance deferrals, ensuring risk levels are acceptable and endorsing continued operation where appropriate.
• Supports the long term reliability of equipment through ‘look ahead’ planning, review of the relevant strategic plans and makes recommendations relating to strategic facilities improvements.
• Provide support in the review of design documentation, technical reports and management system documentation where directed.
• Carries out routine maintenance history reviews within Instrument Equipment ensuring forward plans are established for identified equipment performance gaps (KPI’s, history, trends, backlogs etc.).
• Undertakes routine offshore visits, performs safety and technical site audits, etc.
• Participates in incident investigations to determine the root cause, ensures actions resulting from investigations are resolved within the given time frames and that Safety Critical Elements are designed, installed and maintained to ensure that the items are fit for purpose.
• Ensures HSE and IVB audit findings relating to technical integrity are followed-up.
• Supports routine Safety Case Updates.

Wij vragen

Minimum Qualifications:
• MSc, MEng or equivalent professional qualification or BSc, B.Eng or equivalent with relevant considerable experience.

Minimum Experience:
• Demonstrable balance of industrial experience at relevant level and position.
